Hey, so in another video, I, I go into how to create a C R M. In this video, I'm gonna tell you just like one part of that, which is creating a pipeline. You can use this in a number of ways. You can create a trailer board, you can create statuses. Like you can, you can figure out like when or how people are, are, are scheduled.

Oh, so many. different cool ways to use this. I've used this in a number of sheets in the past year actually. Organize Your Data! - Build a Kanban Board / Trello Board Messy Sales Pipeline CLEANED UP

So here we have like leads and then statuses like, oh, to email responded in progress deals closed, and we want to, you know, absolutely you can click here, you can sort this row or sort the sort everything by this row.

Absolutely you can, but sometimes. We wanna be able to group them. And you can expand this in any way, in other ways too. But here, let me show you how I do this. So here we have all of the different statuses sort of lined up. And then we have everything that's in those statuses, next to those statuses here.

And it's pretty darn simple. How To Format Sheets for Notes and Sort By Group

Once you know, like, I think three, yeah, three formulas. So here it is. Here's how I do it. So I do transpose unique up here, and then filter here. Let's Let me rewrite this. Let's duplicate it and I'll rewrite it for you. All right, so this is all we have. We have statuses, we have this group we want to group by .

Well, first off, we want everything in this column. So here's what we do. We can use equals unique and let's do B2 to b i I get rid of the status. I don't want that status name there. And it, it puts it down like this, like two email respondent in progress still closed. Figure Out Frequency of Numbers Find Duplicates in Other Column

Just to note , one of the like pitfalls or challenges you might have is that it will put it in order of how they are here.

So if I have deal closed, say here first, see how they re allocate themselves. So you might want to also. Group these in a way you want them grouped and then do this unique . And also you can do this unique function , which takes away all of the duplicates to check if you have like wrong statuses. You can also use this and copy and paste these values .

I do that a lot. It's cuz I know. Okay. That's all I wanna have. I, I won't be changing this very much. Now what we need to do is we need to get them in D one, E one, F1 G one. All we do is transpose, which is tons them around transpose. Wrap that formula and now they're over to the right. Pretty simple.

That's a really fun way to use transpose is just to move things like turn 'em 90 degrees. Usually transpose is used to like turn graphs around or not. Charts around. All right. And now the really final piece of this puzzle is a filter . So we're gonna do filter , we're gonna filter the A range comma with the condition that b to.

equals D one. Okay? Now what happens is, if I wanna use this for the rest of them, you'll see what happened. It, it becomes an error . It's because it's moving B and C. It's a rel, it's a relative. , for not formula range . We want it to, we don't wanna make it absolute . So while we're, all we have to do is put dollar signs in front of the a's put dollar signs in front of the b's, we don't want a dollar sign in front of the D cause we actually do want that to change.

So now if I command C copy and paste. What it's changing is, is just the E one is changing. Everything else stays the same. So we can copy and paste across every each of these. And there we go. All of these. So how many was there? There was 20 there. We can look at a count over. Oh, right down there. Count count.

Let's see what we get when we count this. There's 20 there. So that's a good check to do. That's a really good check to do is just see if everything's counted you. If if you end. Doing this transpose and unique and then copying and pasting these values . Like I can copy and paste these values and now I, I, these won't change.

And then somebody messes with one of these. Run Every Prompt in Every Cell All At Once Count Color by Row

You may get like one or two little ar not an error , but one or two are missing. So it's really good to double check, double check that everything is there. And you know, ob obviously you can move. Pipeline over to another sheet or another tab and, and it'll work fine.

Like just change obviously the filter function to whatever sheet name you're on your data 's on, and, and that's how to make a really quick pipeline. That's it. Bye.
Beginners Make This Spreadsheet Mistake All The Time! Enter Name Get Grades
